    Every challenge tells a story, and my role is to uncover the plot twists. Being a detective in my process means digging deeper to understand what’s the real problem, what barriers are learners facing and what data can guide us to the best solution? This involves conducting research, collecting user feedback, and analyzing the competitive landscape. It’s about looking beyond surface-level symptoms to find meaningful solutions that drive impact.
