Hello, I'm Shannon!

I’m a career strategist, instructional designer and trainer with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. A self-proclaimed “career nerd,” I authored  Empowered to Upgrade: The Ultimate Blueprint to Take Control of Your Career, a guide to help professionals take control of their careers.

I understand the importance of taking control of your career and creating a life you love, so I provide training and support through my company, Ever Learning, to help individuals and organizations achieve personal and professional development goals.

When I’m not coaching, writing, speaking or training, you can find me hanging out with my three daughters and son, enjoying a good cup of coffee or curled up with a good book.

My Pride & JOy

My pride and joy are my three daughters and son. They have truly inspired and motivated me to become the best version of myself. I am so proud to have them call me mom! I built my business and transformed my career to change their lives and to be an example they could be proud of.
